Get Involved in our Exercise Classes

Our varied programme of fitness classes offer the chance to work out in a fun, friendly group under the guidance of our fitness professionals. Our classes are FREE to all members excluding Daytime.  Aqua Aerobics and Zumba classes are £5.00 to daytime and non-members.  All other classes are £4.00 to daytime and non-members. Bring a towel with you and something to keep you adequately hydrated through class.

Childrens’ Swimming Lessons

Tuesday’s from 4pm during term time.


A new and exciting mix between the graceful steps from ballroom and the up tempo steps of the Latin dances. Combining these together has created a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit and keep trim. The dances are broken down into sections and each section can be delivered at varying levels of effort, accommodating all levels of fitness.


Pump is an exciting way to tone up and get fit. A resistance workout with a difference, working all muscle groups to tone and sculpt. Also learn to lift weights with the correct technique and posture.


Our yoga & pilates inspired class, designed to strengthen, tone and leave you feeling energised.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Tone and strengthen in this passive exercise aerobic class.  Focusing on quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs, glutes and abdominal muscles with a choice of body weight and weighted exercises.


If you haven’t yet tried Zumba, why not? Zumba is a fun, energetic, culture inspired dance class suitable for all abilities. Try a mix of salsa, reggae, Latin and Caribbean moves to upbeat music. Wiggle your hips, burn calories and enjoy with Alice our resident Norwich Zumba Instructor.

Abs Attack

A class designed to tone and strengthen your abdominal and core areas. This class will also include stretching to relax and help increase mobility.

Cardio Blast

A high intensity body weight exercise to help improve body shape and burn fat.

Studio Cycling

Using the latest spin bikes this high energy class will give you a great workout to improve fitness, stamina and burn calories. This class is set to music to make it fun for all! Please arrive early to set your bike up.

Aqua Aerobics

Non-impact exercise based in our swimming pool, providing a great resistance workout for the whole body. Our pool is 1.35 metres deep.


This high intensity all over body work out will improve your fitness, stamina and body tone.
